Bio

Michele Holmes, owner of Bodies in Motion Massage, was born and raised in sunny Southern California and moved to Sarasota in 2003.  She arrived in Florida with a lot of neck and back pain.  Relief came in the form of an amazing massage therapist who helped ease her pain and made her look at healing and wellness in a whole new light.

Michele completed her training at the Sarasota School of Massage Therapy in 2005 and she has gone on to study a host of other modalities including, Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Structural Energetc Therapy, and CranioSacral Therapy.  She believes that every problem has an answer, it only takes listening, investigation, and intention to come up with a healing solution.

She believes in providing the best possible care for her clients and makes sure that every therapist who works for Bodies in Motion Massage are properly licensed and insured and have the knowledge, training and experience necessary to insure each massage is a truly relaxing and healing experience.
